В Украине с нового года начнется реформирование МВД и создание новой, полицейской структуры. Проводить реформу будете Эка Згуладзе, назначенная на этой неделе 1-м заместителем Министра внутренних дел. Судя по всему, нас ждут преобразования по грузинскому типу. У меня как у сотрудника с 21-летним стажем работы в ОВД, относящегося к старшему нач. составу, возникло 2 вопроса: как в других странах Европы, в т.ч. и в Грузии, насчитывается выслуга лет для выхода на пенсию. Каков предельный возраст службы в полиции? Есть ли практика работы в информацыонных подразделениях указанных стран госслужащих, которым приходится заниматься учетами материалов ОРД ?

• Director of the Information-Analytical Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia
The Information-Analytical Department is one of the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
The main tasks and activities of the Department are:
- Gathering and systematizing of data as well as sorting and classifying of those according to the relevant signs;
- Drafting of statistical-analytical researches and reports;
- Managing of electronic data-bases and registries;
- Development and support of a new software, web-applications and portals in the field of IT;
- fulfillment of analytical activities with the view of providing the officials of the Ministry with the information as well as communication with foreign partners, strengthening cooperation and exchanging information with them within the framework of the applicable agreements.
The Information-Analytical Department manages the policy of the MoIA in the field of conflicts resolution.
In addition, the Department is engaged in the Geneva International Discussions and Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism meetings.
